She values the practice of nurturing the creative spirit and honors it by kindling all facets of it.
In her free time, Knutsen is an explorer, amateur chef, teacher and mama to two kitties (Sophie and Momo). She enjoys spending time in nature to enrich her creativity. Knutsen is passionate about helping people foster their creativity and sourcing inspiration. She participates in teaching art to her local community, and plans to expand this passion in the future.

Queen Fluff
My sweet little lady. Fifteen years old but as playful as ever. Shy to strangers, but an absolute angel and will 100% let you rub her tummy.

Director Claws
My baby boy. He’s a crazy three year old that keeps Sophie active (and at times annoyed) and our home full of life, kitty cries, and good cuddles. Expert biscuit-maker.

Trash and waste are an unfortunate reality of art-making. Paint tubes, solvents, paper, sketchbooks, packaging, and more. All of this adds up; therefore, I am very mindful of how I can reduce, reuse, and recycle all supplies that I possibly can. I do my very best to act with the environment in mind in my business.
For supplies, I purchase directly from suppliers that share my values of treating the earth with utmost care. I strive to work entirely with and purchase from businesses that respect people and the planet.
Some earth friendly practices of mine include the following:
